2.1 PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take care to display accurate product details, images, and descriptions. Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.
2.2 PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders reserve a copy of Dixie’s Diaries: A Day at the Park prior to printing.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:
- Release dates may change
- Printing or supplier delays may occur
- You will be notified of any major changes
- We take pre-order payments upfront.
2.3 AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
3.1 PRICING
All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars). Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

4.1 SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on Australia Post or courier services.
However, delays may occasionally occur outside our control.
4.2 LOCAL PICKUP
Pickup details (location, times) will be provided after purchase.
4.3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available. Delivery times vary by country and carrier.
4.4 LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@dixiesdiaries.com so we can assist with replacement or a claim.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
5.1 CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Due to the nature of book printing and pre-orders, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
5.2 FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5.3 DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital products (such as colouring pages) are non-refundable once downloaded.
6. WEBSITE USE
6.1 ACTIVITIES & PRINTABLES
We take care to display accurate product details, images, and descriptions. Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.
They must not be:
- redistributed
- sold
- uploaded to other websites
- used commercially

All artwork, illustrations, characters (including Dixie), text, and branding are copyrighted to Dixie’s Diaries. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any content without permission.
6.3 BLOG CONTENT
Advice or recommendations shared in the blog are general in nature and should be used at your discretion.

Your privacy is important to us, any information you provide (name, email, order details) is used only to process orders, send updates, or improve your experience.
We do not sell or share data with third parties except where required to process payments or shipping.
